when you're trusting somebody then she betrayed you and hurt you, wow cool isn't?

I have a friend, she's my classmate and I do really appreciate her as my classmate.
yeah we're not to close and not a best friend, but I know her very well
this story goes when I having been a relationship with yea you know him, then (oh yes just call her stab!) they sharing about lovelife stories. Perhaps, they were match each other and began to share everything.But even they've been a best-friend, stab never tells me about how does she and my boyfriend talk about, they had a secret and I don't like it so much.
Then until someday, stab told him if his x-girlfriend was sick. So what the hell?
I don't know he really care about his x or he still love her or what else, he sent his x a message then he didn't tell me! It was soooo hurt baby if you were I.
Then I realize, hey stab-backer are you really my friend? or just formality because I was your classmate?
